Description

Quitclaim from Henry son of Simon le Archer of Toneworth to John le Archer of the same and Isabella his wife and their heirs and assigns of two messuages with all lands, tenements, rents, services, with meadows, woods, pastures and all other appurtenances which the said John and Isabella his wife hold by the gift and feoffment of Master Robert le Archer uncle of the grantor in the place aforesaid as the charter of the said Master Robert, rector of the church of Quenyngton ( Quenington, Glos) more fully witnesseth to hold so that the said Henry should have no right of ejection or sale over the said lands. Witnesses: John de Lodbrok, henry de Sydenhale, William de Folewode the elder, Sir John atte Berne, Robert de Folewode, William his son, Robert de Crowenhale, Richard atte Berne,William le Whyte, clerk and others.
