Quitclaim from Agnes, widow of John Dolfyn of Toneworth', to Robert de Folewode of the same of a piece of land together with the houses built upon it which the said Robert formerly held from the said John Dolfyn, late husband of the said Agnes, in Toneworth', extending in length from the highway leading from Boeleye towards Solyhulle as far as land formerly belonging to the said John Dolfyn on the one hand and the land of the said Robert on the other, to hold for ever, Sealing clause.
