Quitclaim from John de la Lee of Toneworth' and John his son to Rannulph de Fulwode of Toneworth, chaplain, and his heirs of a tenement called Beaunont' in Toneworth' which the said Rannulph held by gift and feoffment of William de la Lee of Toneworth'; to hold for ever, the grantors having no right of ejection. Dated at Toneworth', Monday, the feast of St Thomas the Apsotle, 29 Edward III. Witnesses: John de Conynggesby, John Sparry, Robert de Crowenhale, Richard Aleyn, Richard atte Berne, Thomas de Fulwode, Richard Dolfyn and others.
