Gift with warranty from William Cok' of Solihulle to Edmund de Middelmor, John de Yevelschawe, William de Yerdeleye, Richard Rossel, Thomas Colyns and Richard Colynds of Toneworth' of a cottage with curtilage in Toneworth' which Adam de Swannsdich' once held lying in length between the land of William de Sydunhale and John Ernald' and in width between the said land of John Ernald and the highway leading from the church of Toneworth' as far as Bentefordemulne; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Henry de Sydunhale, Robert de Crowenhale, Richard Gower, Thomas atte Berne and Richard Dolfyn, Tailor and others. Dated at Toneworth', Saturday in the feast of St Stephen, 40 Edward III.
