Gift in widowhood with warranty from Alice, widow of John pech of Toneworth' to John le Pech her son, of a tenement in Toneworth' with adjacent curtilage as it is enclosed by hedges and ditches, which tenement the grantor inherited after the death of Nicholas Densi her brother, extending in length from the land which John atte Lee formerly held by gift and feoffment of the grantor and the highway called Frelone and in breadth between the land of Agnes Jones on the one hand and the highway leading from Codbarowe to Honeley on the other; to hold with full right to sell and bequeath, rendering 2 pence annually to the chief lords of the fee [2 terms] in lieu of all secular services and demands.
