Quitclaim with warranty from John atte Logge of Berkuswelle and Margery his wife to Thomas de Folewode of Toneworth' of all parcels of land in Huryngwyngh' in Toneworth' with woods, meadows and hedges, lying in length between the land of Walter de Barewe on the one hand and the hughway leading from the church of Toneworth' towards the house of Robert de Fulwod' on the other, and in breadth between the land of Simon le Reuesone and Thomas Toue on the one hand and the land of Walter de Morecote and John son of John Wodard on the other. Dated at Toneworth', Wednesday after the feast of St Ambrose the bishop and Confessor, 42 Edward III. Witnesses: Richard Gouwer, John de Croweleye, John Dolfyn fabro, Edmund de Middulmor', John de Folewode and others. Two circular seals of white wx on broad slit tag.
