Lease for the life of the lessee with warranty from John de Folewode of Toneworth' to Geoffery Judden of the same of a field lying between the land lately belonging to John John [sic] de Wynterton and the land of Thomas Ede in length and in breadth between the highway called le Longlone and the field of John Gilbart'; to hold for the term of his life rendering annually to the said John 6 shillings in silver [ 2 terms] in lieu of all services, the said John to have right of distraint if the said rent was unpaid one month beyond the said terms.
