Description

Agreement from John de Yeuelshawe of Toneworth' to John de Follewode of Toneworth', whereas John de Follewode was bound to John de Yeuelshawe to repay 4 marks silver at the church of Toneworth at Easter next to the said John de Yeuelshawe or his attorney without any delay, the said John yeuelshawe agreed that if he, his heirs and assigns might hold in peace one croft of land lying next to the road called Causselone for 30 years and to receive the profits of the same that then the said letter of obligation would be void.
