Description

Lease with warranty from John le Archer of Toneworth' to John de Stapulton' and Juliana Le Moul fo the same of a messuage which belonged to Henry Dybon in Toneworth' with a parcel of arable land adjoining, extending in length from the lane of John le Archer, leading from the highway towards his land called Gilberdeslond, as far as the land of John atte Bern' called Skylleslond and in width between the land of the said John called Gilberdeslond and the land of Richard atte Bern'; to hold the same for their lives, but reserving to the lessor fishing rights in a marl pit there with free ingress and egress, rendering annually 2 shillings ( 2 terms), paying suit of court and a pincipal heriot on the death of one of them.
