Quitclaim from Edmund Middulmor of Toneworth' and Richard Ernald' of the same to John Folewod' of Toneworth of all lands, meadows, groves, waters, woods, hedges, ditches called Hethelond' in Toneworth' which lately belonged to Thomas Folewod' of Toneworth', lying in breadth between the wood of the earl of Warr' on the one hand and the land called Berefordelond on the other and in length between Foschaweclos and Pertegrenelond '; to hold for ever. Dated at Toneworth', Sunday after Easter, 7 Richard II. Witnesses: Peter de Holte of Stodleye, Thomas Archer of Toneworth', John de Croweleye of the same and others. Circular seal of brown wax on tag, 3/4 in, within a gothic panel the seated figure of the Virgin and Child, with a fragment of natural wax on tag.
