Gift with warranty from Henry de Vlenhale in Toneworth' to Dom Richard Lyndesaye chaplain and Dom Richard Walton' chaplain of a croft of arable land called Tibotecroft, opposite a messuage lately belonging to Simon Hondys of Toneworth' and two fields lying together in Toneworth' with one pool in the said field called Hutyngwyg', lying in length between the land lately belonging to Simon Hondys and the grove called Willing' Grove and in breadth between the land of William Derleye on the one hand and the highway on the other; also a messuage with a curtilage in Appeleye which John Houk' lately held; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Thursday after the feast of St Valentine, 8 richard II. Witnesses: Thomas le Archer, John de Foluwode, Thomas atte Berne, John de Croweleye, John Dolfyn and other.
