Description

Gift with warranty from Richard de Bromley, rector of the church of Cottesmor, and Roger Tangley, rector of the church of Sutton in Collefeld' to Thomas Larcher of Toneworthe and Agnes his wife of all lands, tenements, rents, and services in Toneworthe which the grantors held by the gift and feoffment of the said Thomas Larcher according to his charter; half of the site of the manor, gardens and park of the said Thomas and the whole of the following fields; Waryngesfeld', Wattelond', Donescroft, Longcrofteclos with Wyndullefeld', Lullyyngham, Bancrofte, Buddelond', Appeldoncomine, Wygenhull', Perkersfeld', and the whole parcel of land lying in the common field of Pyryhull' on the left side of the lane leading towards the church of Toneworth; also 4 shillings 0 3/4 pence annual rent from certain tenements in Toneworthe together with the services belonging to them; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
