Draft leases and assignments of Tyler's charity property 3 Sept 1832: Resolution of feoffees of Tyler's Charity to grant building lease of land fronting Guild Street, in occupation of Isaac Gardner, to Joseph Mills, William Martin and Thomas Taylor. Endorsed that Taylor died before completion and lease afterwards granted to Mills and Martin alone. 26 September 1837: Assignment by executors of Mrs Sarah West, widow, deceased, with consent of the feoffees of Lucas's Charity, to George Ernest Hamilton, civil engineer and architect, of residue of a lease of part of a house and premises in Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, held by her under lease for 41 years at £7 pa, dated 25 March 1837 23 May 1840: Copy mortgage by way of underlease, from William Martin, Stratford-upon-Avon, builder, with the consent of the Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees, to Thomas Willington Lane, Crofts Farm, Alveston, gent., of piece of land fronting Warwick Road with house lately erected theron by Martin, to secure £400. 23 September 1853: Draft licence and consent from Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees to Anne Bourton, daughter of William Bourton, deceased, to assign to John Tasker, Stratford-upon-Avon, auctioneer and Joseph Bayzand of Arrow, farmer, the residue of the lease of a piece of building land fronting Warwick Road, leased to William Bourton in 1837 and upon which two houses have been built
