Gitf with warranty from Thomas Ernald' of Teukesbury, son and heir of John Ernald' of Toneworthe in the county of warwyk' to Thomas Sydenhale of Tonworth', esquire, Philip Pole, John Gymlyn of Teukesbury in the county of Gloucestr', burgesses, of a messuage called le Coppe with adjacent curtilage in Tonworthe together with one parcel of land called Coppefeld' and one grove and all lands, meadows, crofts, pastures, feeding, hedges and ditches in the vill and parich of Tonworthe which the grantor inherited upon the death of the said John Ernald' his father and Isabel his wife, the grantors mother; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Tonworthe, Saturday on the feast of the Apostles Philip and James, 1 Henry VI.
