Description

Gift and quitclaim with warranty from Agnes de Romeshill' widow of William de Romeshill' to William Malorr' of all the land which she holds in dower; namely the land lying in a field called Fyngis Croft lying below the garden of Bottele, and land in a croft called Willot Croft, adjoining the aforesaid land, with all hedges and ditches and other appurtenances; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee; and for this the said William gives 20 shillings. Witnesses: Robert Maheu, Roger de Wotton', William clerk of Wotton', Henry de Lee, Thomas de Lee, Nicholas des Assels, John de Croule, Henry de Houlehale, Roger de Bottele and many others.
