Description

Gift with warranty from John atte Berne of Taneworthe to Edith daughter of Reginald Carpentar' of Parva Pakinton' of 41/2 acres and one rood of land, 2 acres of which lie between the grantor's land and the road called le Blakewey, and the other 21/2 acres and one rood of land lie together between the said road and the road called le Salkwey; to hold the same to the said Edith and her heirs by William brother of the grantor, and their assigns, except monks and Jews, with reversion to the grantor should the said Edith and William have no children, rendering annually 181/2 pence (2 terms) for all services save foreign service.
