Indenture dated 30th December 1835 between John Edkins of Snitterfield yeoman of the 1st part, Henry Smith of Snitterfield gentleman of the 2nd part and William Wynne of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 3rd part whereby John Edkinss conveyed a cottage and garden situate near the Brook in a place called The Green in Snitterfield then in the occupation of John Tallis, to Henry Smith in consideration of £43. Signed by the mark of John Edkins, Henry Smith and Wiliam Wynne. Seal letter H. Witnessed by Robert H. Hobbes solicitor Stratford-upon-Avon and John Watson.
