Description

Gift with warranty from Henry son of Henry de Sydenhale of Toneworthe to John atte Hethe, called le Swon, of the same of all the lands and tenements which he had by the feoffment of William son of Simon Abel, in messuages, gardens, lands, moors, meadows, pastures and rents from Richard de Middelmor of 10 pence for his capital messuage, and from William Abel of Soilhulle 1 penny; also all the lands and tenements which he had by the gift of Juliana mother of the said William; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Henry Elys, Robert de Crowenhale, Adam Gerin, Richard Gerin, William Hererbert and others. Dated at Sydenhale, Wednesday in the feast of St James, 18 Edward II.
