Gift with warranty from John le Archer of Toneworth' to Roger Elyot of the same and Matilda his wife of a piece of land in Toneworth' extending in length from the highway, leading from the church of Toneworth' towards the house of Richard Wystan, as far as a lane leading from the said highway to a house once belonging to Henry Dybon, and lying in breadth between the grantor's land and the highway leading from Hengl' towards Nortone Kynges; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually 7 pence (2 terms) and also due and customary service.
