Description

Indenture dated 18th April 1829 between Thomas Loach of Snitterfield labourer Susannah his wife of the 1st part, Thomas Weston the younger of Snitterfield blacksmith of the 2nd part, David Winter Burbury of Warwick gentleman of the 3rd part and John Morris of Warwick builder of the 4th part whereby a cottage and garden in Snitterfield then in the tenure of Thomas Loach bounded on the South by premises then in the occupation of Thomas Allibone, on the West by premises then in the occupation of Richard Smith, on the North by premises then in the occupation of John King and on the East by the Public Road were conveyed by Thomas Loach to Thomas Weston for £27. (Covenant to levy a fine unto John Morris for the purpose of barring dower of Susannah Loach). Signed by the marks of Thomas Loach and Susannah Loach, Thomas Weston junior, David Winter Burbury and John Morris. Seal obliterated. Witnessed by J. Lampray and Thomas Snape.
