Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 15th May 1828 between Thomas Boneham of Snitterfield labourer Mary his wife of the 1st part, William Allcock of Bearley brickmaker of the 2nd part and William Burman senior of Stratford-upon-Avon grocer druggist of the 3rd part whereby a cottage etc. belonging to and occupied by Thomas Boneham at Snitterfield and also a newly erected messuage adjoining were conveyed by Thomas Boneham to William Allcock (subject to the life interest of him Thomas Boneham and Mary, his wife) for £15. Signed by the marks of Thomas Boneham, Mary Boneham and William Allcock. Seal a man's head. Witnessed by Richard Mousley of Snitterfield, John Elliott of Stratford-upon-Avon and Robert Bellchamber attorney of Stratford-upon-Avon. Lease dated 14th May 1828 by Thomas Boneham to William Allcock of the same property for one year. Signed by the mark of Thomas Boneham. Sealed and witnessed as before. See also ER3/3886.
