Indenture dated 29th August 1853 between Ann Warner of Norton Lindsey spinster of the 1st part, Henry Eddins of Snitterfield maltster of the 2nd part, James Hitchcox of Barford miller of the 3rd part and John Lane the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 4th part whereby the property described in Dr 38/611 Dr 38/618 were conveyed by Ann Warner and Henry Eddins to James Hitchcox for £106.
