Indenture dated 28th February 1888 between Caroline Anker widow of the 1st part, Edward Robert Anker and Arthur Anker both of Snitterfield bakers of the 2nd part and Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe esquire of the 3rd part whereby two cottages in Snitterfield then formerly in the occupations of Thomas Boneham and Joseph Kibler and then in the respective occupations of Thomas Bant and Mrs. Richardson were conveyed by Caroline Anker (as tenant for life) and Edward Robert Anker and Arthur Anker as Trustees to Richard Needham Philips for £110.
