Description

Indenture dated 24th September 1764 between Elizabeth Pear (then wife of William Pear, late Elizabeth Denston) of the 1st part, John Gibbs of Cubbington, gentlemen's tailor of the 2nd part and Joseph Blissett of Warwick, gentleman, Jonathan Wilson of the same Borough, innholder of the 3rd part whereby property described in DR38/325 was Mortgaged to John Gibbs for £200 (by security of a term of 500 years) and thereafter to the use of persons of the 3rd part in trust for William Pear for life. Remainder to Elizabeth Pear for life. Remainder to the issue of the marriage of William and Elizabeth Pear as tenants in tail in common. Remainder to children of Richard Denston late of Shipston-on-Stour apothecary deceased brother of the said Elizabeth Pear in tail as tenants in common.
