Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 9th December 1788 between Abraham Beer of Bubnel [Bubbenhall], yeoman and Richard Chattock of Solihull, gentleman whereby Abraham Beer conveyed to Richard Chattock the property described in DR38/325 in fee simple in consideration of £980. Signed: Abram Beer. Seal. Witnesses: Francis Soden of the Post Office, Coventry and William Steel Hayes. Lease dated 8th December 1788 between the same parties of the same property for one year. Signed: Abram Beer. Sealed and witnessed as before.
