Indenture dated 24th September 1764 between William Clarke of Stoneleigh Park, gentleman and Elizabeth, his wife (sister and Administratrix of John Gibbs of Cubbington then deceased) of the 1st part, John Gibbs of the City of Coventry, dealer and chapman and Elizabeth, his wife (late widow of William Pear deceased) of the 2nd part and Henry Jackson of Stareton in the Parish of Stoneleigh, gentleman of the 3rd part (Reciting that William Pear had no issue by Elizabeth Gibbs aforesaid) whereby the Mortgage described in DR38/326 was transferred from the persons of the 1st part to the persons of the 3rd part at the direction of the persons of the 2nd part and a further charge of £300 lent thereon by Henry Jackson.
