Description

Indenture dated 30th April 1849 between the Reverend John Pegler of Stratford-upon-Avon clerk, Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick surgeon and Ann Hiron of the same place spinster of the 1st part, Edward Greaves of Barford esquire, the Reverend Thomas Hope formerly of the Borough of Warwick now of Hatton clerk and the said Thomas Wheatley Hiron of the 2nd part, Mark Philips of Snitterfield esquire of the 3rd part and John Reid of Newland Valley, Gloucestershire gentleman of the 4th part whereby the parties of the 1st part (Devisees in trust for the sale of the Will of Thomas Hiron) and parties of the 2nd part (Trustees of the Marriage Settlement of Elizabeth Hiron and John Giles Toogood of Bridgewater surgeon) conveyed to Mark Philips all that parcel of woodlands being part of Snitterfield Bushes containing nearly 15 acres situate on the right hand side of the road leading from Snitterfield to Bearley and is bounded by other parts of Snitterfield Bushes belonging to John Rich esquire for £560.
