Abstract of Title of the Reverend Elias Webb to all those two closes called Longlands containing together 42 acres, also the close called Great Kemps Hill containing 32 acres and that close called Little Bayley's Meadow containing 2 acres and another called Lord Aston Meadow containing 9 acres together with common of pasture from the Feast of St. James the Apostle [25th July] to the Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary [25th March] in the meadow called Snitterfield Town Meadow (after the Inclosure Award the whole of this property including the common of pasture which was commuted consisted of 105 acres, 0 roods and 25 perches) in the Parish of Snitterfield called Briery Farm commencing with a mortgage term of 500 years for £350 by Joseph Rollinson of the Parish of St. Gyles, Oxford gentleman to Charles Wildgoose of Oxford innholder and William Langford of Oxford cook ending with a conveyance by Lease and Release dated 4th 5th February 1812 between the Right Honourable George William Earl of Coventry of Croome D'Abitot, Worcestershire and Elias Webb of Sherbourne gentleman whereby part of the above property called Aston Meadow containing 8a-1r-15p was conveyed to Elias Webb by the Earl of Coventry.
