Office Copy of the Will of Joseph Rollinson of St. Gyles, Oxford gentleman dated 30th December 1698 whereby he devised (inter alia) to his daughter Rebecca Rollinson and her heirs the farm and property described in DR 38/361 subject to the Mortgage for £350. Signed by Testator in the presence of Thomas Dunster, H. Arthur Buckeridge, H. William Baker and Francis Barnard. Will proved at London 12th September 1700 by Giles Diston, one of the Executors and Brother in Law of the Testator.
