Copy of the Will dated 17th October 1754 of Thomas Webb of Sherbourne esquire whereby amongst other Devises and Bequests therein contained he devised to his son John Webb the estate called Briery Lands (described in DR 38/361) subject to the Mortgage described in DR 38/369 in trust for his grandson Thomas Webb upon attaining 21 years of age for life and thereafter to his male heirs in tail and in default of such to John Webb and his heirs. Signed by the Testator in the presence of Thomas Coltman, John Hit and Mary Merry. Proved at London 15th June 1756. Henry Stevens, John Stevens and George Gostling Deputy Registrars.
