Attested copy Deed Poll dated 19th June 1805 made by Mary Webb late of Sherbourne but then of Stratford-upon-Avon spinster, John Webb of Brownsberrow, Gloucestershire gentleman, Thomas Webb late of the City of Gloucester but now of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman, Legatees and three of the five children of Thomas Webb deceased of Sherbourne whereby they released the surviving Trustees and Executors of the Will of the said Thomas Webb (see DR 38/376) in consideration of £1500 paid to each of them and also to Elias Webb eldest son and Legatee of Thomas Webb. Signed Mary Webb, John Webb and Thomas Webb. Sealed in the presence of John Simmons servant to the Reverend Elias Webb, Mary Paddock servant to John Webb. Attested 26th February 1821 by R. Skinner and Henry Allen clerks to Messrs. Greenway solicitors Warwick.
