Attested copy Deed Poll dated 30th June 1803 made by the Reverend Elias Webb and Ann his wife, Thomas Webb Edge of Strelley, Nottinghamshire esquire, Charles Watkins of Daventry, Northamptonshire gentleman, Clarke Watkins of Daventry gentleman and Kelynge Greenway of Warwick gentleman whereby Elias Ann Webb with the consent of the Trustees of the Marriage Settlement revoked the uses and trusts limited and declared in certain lands more particularly described therein in the Parishes of Lapworth, Old Stratford, Saint Nicholas and Saint Mary Warwick, Kenilworth, Wilmcote, Rowington and Claverdon and declared new uses and trusts similar to those revoked in lands in the Parish of Sherbourne, Fulbrooke, Claverdon and Snitterfield (see DR 38/356 DR 38/361) more particularly described therein. Signed Elias Webb, Ann Webb, Thomas Webb Edge, Charles Watkins, Clarke Watkins and Kelynge Greenway. Sealed in the presence of G. C. Greenway and Richard Loveday clerks to Mr. Greenway of Warwick, Paul Howse servant to Mr. Edge, Richard Burford clerk to Mr. Middlemore solicitor Nottingham and John Bricknell of Daventry draper. Attested 11th September 1820 by Edward Dancer stationer and William Westley Dell both of Furnival's Inn.
