Description

Attested copy Release dated 27th January 1806 from Margaret Webb of Stratford-upon-Avon widow, sister and Administrix of the goods, chattels and credits of Margaret Webb late of Stratford-upon-Avon spinster deceased, and also Mary Webb late of Sherbourne but then of Stratford-upon-Avon spinster, John Webb of Brownsberrow, Gloucestershire gentleman and Thomas Webb of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman, surviving sister and brothers of Sarah Webb likewise deceased and which said Margaret Webb spinster and Sarah Webb were two of the younger children and Legatees named in the last Will of Thomas Webb late of Sherbourne esquire deceased [Reciting that Margaret Webb had obtained the age of 21 years before her death and that Sarah Webb had died under the age of 21 years and that in consequence Margaret Webb widow was entitled to Margaret Webb's (spinster) share and that Sarah Webb's share had been divided among the surviving children of Thomas Webb] to the Trustees and Executors of the Will of Thomas Webb also of the Reverend Elias Webb heir to Thomas Webb.
