Description

Appointment of attorney by Philip Pole and John Gilmyn, burgesses of Teukesbury in the county of Glouc' of Henry Vykers of Toneworthe in the county of Warr' to deliver seisin to William Benforde of Tonworthe of a messuage called le Coppe with an adjacent curtilage in Tonworthe, a parcel of land called Coppefeld', one grove and all lands, meadows, crofts, feedings, pastures, woods and hedges which lately belonged to Thomas Ernald' in the vill, fields and parish of Tonworthe, according to the charter made between the said parties.
