Quitclaim from John Myddelmore of Kynges Norton' and Richard Butler of Solyhull' to Thomas Wescote, son and heir of Richard Wescote of one messuage lying in the lordship of Tonworth' in the county of Warr' called Collens plase, with meadows, feedings and pastures, which the said grantors held jointly with Richard Fulwood and William Harres vicar of the church of Tonworth', lately held by the gift and feoffment of Henry Browne and Emmotte, lately wife of the said Richard Wescot', daughter and heir of Thomas Collens deceased; to hold for ever. 1, square seal of red wax on tag, 1/2 in. the letter ? 2, fragment of red wax on tag.
