Indenture dated 25th June 1860 between Henry Lurking late of Snitterfield farmer but then of Henley-in-Arden gentleman of the 1st part, William Smith of Snitterfield labourer of the 2nd part and Thomas Reeve Hobbins of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 3rd part whereby the property described in DR 38/709 and set out in a plan hereto was conveyed by Henry Lurking to William Smith for £240.
