Indenture dated 29th January 1836 between Joseph Middleton of Walsingham Abbey, Norfolk yeoman of the 1st part, Joseph Bolton of Claverdon farmer of the 2nd part and the Honourable Ann Elizabeth Musgrove of Harley Street, Middlesex widow of the 3rd part. Reciting DR 38/761 and that at the Sale by Auction at Henley-in-Arden it was a Condition of Sale that the largest purchaser should be entitled to the Title Deeds , and that Joseph Middleton was the largest purchaser, it was thereby covenanted by Joseph Bolton (Vendor at the Auction Sale) and by Joseph Middleton with the Honourable Ann Elizabeth Musgrove that they would produce Title Deeds set out in a Schedule thereto.
