Indenture between the Reverend Archer Clive of Whitfield, Herefordshire Clerk in Holy Orders, George Clive of Perrystone, Herefordshire esquire of the 1st part, Christopher Musgrove of 25, Queen's Gate Gardens, Middlesex esquire of the 2nd part and Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe esquire M. P. (who was married since 1st January 1814) of the 3rd part. Reciting the Marriage Settlement of Christopher Musgrove dated 4th July 1832 (see DR 38/770), it was thereby witnessed that Archer Clive and George Clive, Trustees of the said Settlement in consideration of £51,921 paid by Robert Needham Philips, conveyed to Robert Needham Philips in pursuance of a power in the said Settlement and at the request and direction of Christopher Musgrove all the hereditaments more particularly set out in Schedules and maps thereto annexed. Witnessed by Meyrey Clive, Whitfield, Herefordshire, Charles Watts, butler to the Reverend Archer Clive, George Lewis Parkin, W. H. Thomas, clerk to Messrs. Parkin Royden, Lincoln's Inn, C. E.
