Indentures of Assignment between William Pagett and William Tibbits both of Warwick gentlemen (Trustees of the Marriage Settlement of Sarah Daniel and John Bolt) of the 1st part, John Bolt of Warwick maltster (late ostler) and Sarah his wife late widow of Thomas Daniel (see DR 38/750) of the 2nd part, John Reason the younger of Shottery yeoman (only son and heir apparent of John Reason the elder late of Fulbrooke Park and then of Stratford-upon-Avon) of the 3rd part, William Drakesford of Bedworth gentleman of the 4th part and Thomas Howlette of Rowington yeoman of the 5th part. Reciting DR 38/750 DR 38/755 and that the £200 principal mortgage money described in DR 38/750 had been paid to William Pagett and William Tibbits, it was witnessed that they the said William Pagett and William Tibbits in consideration of the £200 so paid to them assigned the residue of the term of 500 years mentioned in DR 38/750 to Thomas Howlette in trust for William Drakesford to attend upon the inheritance.
