Description

Indenture between John Walker of Snitterfield yeoman Executor of John Walker late of the same place deceased of the 1st part, William Blick of Norton Lindsey yeoman, only brother and heir of John Blick late of the same place yeoman deceased who was the eldest son and heir of Matthew Blick, (see DR 38/786) of the 2nd part and Richard Smith of Snitterfield yeoman of the 3rd part. Reciting DR 38/788 whereby a term of 2000 years was limited to John Walker the elder upon certain trusts and reciting that William Blick since the decease of his brother John Blick had paid to Susanna Blick £60 with interest and all other ???? reposed in trust of John Walker were performed, it was thereby witnessed that in consideration of 10/- to him paid by Richard Smith, he the said John Walker assigned to Richard Smith the term of 2000 years in the premises described in DR 38/788 upon trust to attend upon the inheritance of William Blick. Signed John Walker, William Blick and Richard Smith. Black wax seal, cupid with bow and arrow shooting at five hearts. Witnessed by Bart Mason and Gilbert Glover.
