Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 1st June 1804 between Samuel Jackson [the younger] then of Tanworth farmer of one part and Charles Edward Jackson of Norton Lindsey farmer and Thomas Wallis of Rowington farmer (a Trustee for the said Charles Edward Jackson) of the other part. Reciting DR 38/817, it was witnessed that in consideration of £1250 received by him of Charles Edward Jackson , and in consideration of 5/- received of Thomas Wallis, he the said Samuel Jackson conveyed his undivided moiety in the premises comprised in Schedule No. 2 of DR 38/817 to the said Charles Edward Jackson and Thomas Wallis and their heirs. The estate of the said Thomas Wallis in trust for the said Charles Edward Jackson. Signed Samuel Jackson, Charles Edward Jackson and Thomas Wallis. Red wax seal with man's head thereon. Witnessed by Thomas Tidmas and J. Colbourne. Lease dated 31st May 1804 for one year of the same property by Samuel Jackson to Charles Edward Jackson and Thomas Wallis. Signed Samuel Jackson. Sealed and witnessed as before.
