Copy Will of Thomas Court of Norton Lindsey carrier whereby he devised to his wife Susanna Court the messuage and land then in the occupation of his son Joseph Court (described in DR 38/882) for her life and after her decease to his son Joseph Court in fee simple subject to the payment of £20 within 12 months of the death of the said Susanna Court to the Testator's daughter Alice Hall wife of Henry Hall of the Parish of St. Mary, Warwick cordwainer and £10 to his son Thomas Meads Court. And he bequeathed to his son Robert Meads Court absolutely and he nominated his wife Susanna Court his sole Executrix. Witnessed by Robert Tibbits, George Osborn and Ann Smith.
