Norton Lindsey

Description

Letters of Administration with the Will annexed of Henry Mason of Norton Lindsey whereby he bequeathed to his brother John Mason of Snitterfield one shilling and he bequeathed and devised to his wife Mary Mason his house (wherein he dwelt), garden and orchard with appurtenances together with all lands in a place called the Moores in the Common Fields of Norton Lindsey and also about 2 perches of hedgerow being between Hawkeshill and Crabs Hill in the Common Fields of Norton Lindsey together with all the residue of his real and personal estate and he appointed his said wife Mary Mason his sole Executrix. Witnessed by William Joyce, Robert Dickinson and John Bennett. Proved by William Hopkins, nephew and sole Executor named in her Will of Mary Mason deceased, in the Consistory Court of the Bishop of Worcester before James Stillingfleet D. D. Dean of Worcester 4th June 1743. Signed J. Botledge Deputy Registrar. Wax seal compressed between paper.
