Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 6th November 1832 between Thomas Woods Weston of Stratford-upon-Avon esquire of the 1st part, Kelynge Greenway of Warwick banker of the 2nd part, Thomas Pacey of Norton Lindsey cordwainer of the 3rd part and John Troth of Norton Lindsey brickmaker of the 4th part whereby Thomas Woods Weston conveyed the premises described in DR38/912 then in the occupations of William Spencer and Daniel White, with all appurtenances to Thomas Pacey (John Troth being a Trustee for the said Thomas Pacey in certain contingencies), and Kelynge Greenway, Trustee for Thomas Woods Weston (see DR38/912) covenanted with the said Thomas Pacey that he had not incumbered the title etc. Signed Thomas Woods Weston and Kelynge Greenway. Red wax seal. Witnessed by Josiah Page. Memorandum endorsed thereon dated 31st October 1853. Lease dated 5th November 1832 for one year by Thomas Woods Weston and Kelynge Greenway to Thomas Pacey of the said premises. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
