Description

Memorandum under the hand and seal of Thomas Barrett that he had received £45 from Robert Needham Philips esquire as purchase money of a cottage described in DR 38/900 and that he and his heirs when required would execute a conveyance of the adjoining cottage to James Pacey (with whom he was a tenant in common under the Will of Thomas Pacey of both cottages, see DR 38/900) and that the whole of the said second cottage was the property of James Pacey. Signed by the mark of Thomas Barrett. Witnessed by Richard Child Heath, solicitor, Warwick.
