Description

Attested Copy of a Mortgage between Thomas Walford of Wolverton gentleman and Seymour Walford of Wolverton gentleman (eldest son of the said Thomas Walford) of the one part and Elizabeth Eyres of Warwick widow of the other part whereby Thomas Walford and Seymour Walford in consideration of £408 to them paid by Elizabeth Eyres demised the premises described in DR 38/952 as being in the Parish of Wolverton to Elizabeth Eyres for a term of 1000 years subject to a proviso for redemption upon payment of £412-10-0. Witnessed by John Barton and Humphrey Lyttleton. Attested 16th April 1801 by Thomas Heydon and Abram King.
