Copy Indenture of Fine levied Easter Term 7 Geo IV [1826], John Bloomer Baly Plaintiff and William Wilcox Ann his wife Deforciants of 15 messuages, 20 barns, 15 stables, 20 cottages, 1 dovehouse, 1 malthouse, 20 gardens, 10 orchards, 1200 acres of land, 300 acres of meadow, 500 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood, 5 acres of furze and heath, 10 acres of land covered with water, and common of pasture for all cattle with appurtenances in Wolverton, Moreton Morell, Brandon, Stretton-upon-Dunsmore and all tithes etc. issuing out of premises in Wolston, Brandon and Stretton-upon-Dunsmore aforesaid and out of 300 acres of land in Rowington, and a right of fishing in the River Avon.
