Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 25th March 1808 between John Whitehead of Barford gentleman of the 1st part, Thomas Woods Weston late of Warwick but then of Hampton in the Parish of Budbrooke gentleman of the 2nd part, William Wilcox of Wolverton gentleman of the 3rd part and Thomas Wilcox of Claverdon gentleman of the 4th part reciting DR 38/970 it was witnessed that in consideration of £6000 to John Whitehead paid by William Wilcox, he the said John Whitehead conveyed to William Wilcox the premises described in DR 38/970, and reciting DR 38/971, it was thereby witnessed that Thomas Woods Weston, in consideration of 10/- to him paid by Thomas Wilcox, assigned the 3 several terms of 500 years in the premises described in DR 38/926 DR 38/970 and referred to in DR 38/950 to Thomas Wilcox and his Executors and assigns to attend the inheritance of William Wilcox.
