Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release between Stephen Nason of Wolverton clerk and Ann his wife of the 1st part, Robert Gibbs of Wolverton carpenter of the 2nd part and Charles Wheler of Warwick esquire of the 3rd part whereby Stephen Nason and Ann his wife in consideration of £30 to them paid by Robert Gibbs conveyed to Robert Gibbs a cottage situate in Wolverton in the occupation of William Knight (see DR 38/942) together with appurtenances thereto belonging and the said Stephen Nason and Ann his wife covenanted with Robert Gibbs to levy a Fine upon the said premises unto Charles Wheler to the use of the said Robert Gibbs, for the purpose of barring all claims to the said premises. Lease for one year of the same property by Stephen Ann Nason to Robert Gibbs. Signed Stephen Nason and Ann Nason. Sealed and witnessed as before.
