Deed of Covenant between Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe esquire M. P. of on epart and Charles Walford Wilcox of the other part reciting Dr 38/1008 and that by virtue thereof the said Robert Needham Philips was entitled to the Title Deeds, which also related to hereditaments retained by the said Charles Walford Wilcox, it was witnessed that he the said Robert Needham Philips covenanted with the said Charles Walford Wilcox to produce the documents of Title to the said hereditaments retained by Charles Walford Wilcox. Signed by Robert Needham Philips in the presence of Charles Edward Flower, Stratford-upon-Avon.
